What you're entitled to, per the vendor
A 60-day money-back guarantee on orders placed through the official checkout: request within the window, get your money back. Two parties run the machinery — the vendor's support team (support@yu-sleep.com) and ClickBank, the retailer of record that holds the payment.
The sequence
Step 1 — Locate the receipt. Your ClickBank order email contains the order number and receipt link. No receipt in the inbox? Search the purchase-date statement for the processor name, then ClickBank's order lookup; the number is the key that opens every later door.
Step 2 — Date-check the window. Count from the purchase date on the receipt, not from delivery, and finish a week early. The vendor's materials don't publish a delivery-anchored rule; the conservative count is the safe count.
Step 3 — Send the request. Email vendor support with order number, purchase date, and a one-line reason ("didn't work for me" is a complete reason under a satisfaction guarantee). Template below.
Step 4 — Follow instructions, keep the thread. Support may confirm details or reference packaging; keep every reply until money returns.
Step 5 — Watch the payment path. Approved refunds flow back through the original method; card posting can take several business days after approval. That lag is banking mechanics.
Step 6 — Escalate only if needed. Unresponsive vendor inside a reasonable window? ClickBank order support is the retailer-of-record layer, and your payment provider's dispute process is the backstop. Escalation exists precisely because named, accountable parties run this chain.
The template
> Subject: Refund request — Order #[number] > > Hello, I purchased YU Sleep on [date] (order #[number]) and would like to request a refund under the 60-day money-back guarantee. The product wasn't a fit for me. Please confirm the next steps. Thank you — [name, email used at checkout]
Short, complete, and impossible to misroute.
Record-keeping that makes disputes boring
Save: the receipt email, the tracking email, your request, every reply, and a statement screenshot showing the original charge. A refund "dispute" with that folder attached is usually just a refund with extra steps.
What the guarantee doesn't cover
Orders outside the official checkout (marketplace resellers, unknown processors) carry no vendor guarantee — the argument we keep making on the retail page. And the window doesn't extend for slow decisions; the guarantee page exists largely to make that one point unmissable.
