The YU Sleep Ordering Guide: Every Screen, Explained in Advance

Checkouts convert better when buyers are confused, so here's the antidote — the entire order flow described before you enter it, upsells included.

Screen one: choosing a package

The sales page presents its tiers — currently 2 bottles for $138, 3 for $177, 6 for $294, against the $99 reference — plus the optional autoship offer. Decide before this screen, not on it; the package comparison does the arithmetic, and the rule of thumb is small tier for first trials, big tier for proven users.

Screen two: the order form

Standard fields — name, shipping address, email, payment details. Three details deserve extra care:

  • Email: your receipt and tracking arrive here. A typo here costs you your refund paperwork.
  • Address: the vendor's shipping policy says email support quickly for address fixes, but "quickly" only works pre-shipment.
  • Payment method: ClickBank checkouts typically accept major cards and often PayPal; the form shows what's live today.

Screen three: the review line

The last honest look at the total, including the shipping line — the vendor's own pages carry two US fee figures ($9.95 and $14.95) while multi-bottle tiers ship free, so the review screen is the arbiter. This is also the screen where any enrollment language for the autoship program should be read deliberately if you see it.

The upsell corridor

After payment, ClickBank-style flows commonly present additional offers — extra bottles, companion products, or subscription enrollment. The entire corridor is optional. Declining every offer does not affect your original order, its price, or its guarantee. The only enrollment worth considering on purpose is the autoship program, and it has its own explainer because deliberate is the keyword.

The email trail you should receive

  1. Receipt (minutes): ClickBank order number — save it; it's the guarantee paperwork.
  2. Tracking (by ~business day 3 per policy): carrier link; US transit runs 5–7 business days.
  3. Delivery (day 5–7 US): discreet box.

Missing email #1 means the order didn't complete through the legitimate chain — check your spam once, then your payment statement, then support.

Common mistakes and their fixes

  • Wrong package clicked: email support pre-shipment; changes are usually simple.
  • Typed address typo: same fix, faster email.
  • Accidentally enrolled in autoship: cancel via the program's stated one-click route; our explainer covers it.
  • No receipt after payment attempt: likely a declined or interrupted transaction; check the statement before re-ordering to avoid a double charge.
The one habit

Screenshot the final review screen before paying. Ten seconds of friction that resolves ninety percent of later disputes instantly.
